I purchased 250 MB of us roaming data and it somehow got eaten up in about 6 hours. Bought another 250 mg and it was gone in 3 hours - texting, limited maps - not much! Is this normal? What eats of the data so quickly? I don't even go through 3 G...
My "Data and Add ON's" only shows 1 GB promo (which is half gone), not my regular 1.5 GB. I'm only 8 days into my billing cycle. There's no way I've used all the 1.5 GB PLUS 500 MB of the Promo! Wondering why my 1.5 GB is not showing!?
My credit card charge was $35.99 for a $35 monthly plan. It also shows on my online account that I have $14 credits and that I owe $21. Why was I charged $35.99? A random amount.
My app status was the same as it always is - some are on, some are off. I left them how they normally are. Is this more of an issue for US data roaming?
Check out "My Profile" There's no option to change your email address. I've changed it on the community and have sent a message to customer support to get email changed in My Account
