My account was suspended after adding the holiday bonuses. My autopay went through and everything was fine but now it's suspended. I also have $20 in available funds and it's showing $0 owing. Please help.
Hi, I'm going to Hawaii for a few weeks and want to change to the new $60 plan that has US Roaming. I am currently on the $40 plan but I have the RBC $10 off/month discount. Would I lose this discount if I changed plan?
A moderator contacted me within an hour of me using @geopublic 's advice and resolved the issue. Turns out there was a mixup of how my RBC credit was applied and when they took my payment. Thanks for all your help.
