Cannot make calls. Number had 1 prior to phone number. This is the second time quite recently that this has happened. I have a disability so it’s imperative that I have a phone.

I can choose 3G but it will not stay on as a choice. It keeps flipping back to 5G.

My phone will not stay on 5G.

My phone won’t switch to 3G. I switch to it but it won’t stay on 3G and switches back to 5G immediately.
