Samsung A10 Problem just started, I can send texts and make calls, internet works , but cant receive texts or calls. Calls just go straight to vm. Have restarted, and taken the SIM card out but that doesnt fix the problem.
Bought this phone and found out that I cant attach or receive pictures via text messages. Internet works and regular texting works. Looked for the phone on the Public Mobile APN page but cant find it. Suggestions?
Have Samsung Core LTE G386W. Just signed up my wife and I and her Moto phone works fine but mine has No data. Was on Telus before so this shouldnt be an issue. Have created an APN that was suggested by others in different threads but to no avial...
Putting the sim card in another phone brought up a number of text messages. Putting it back in my phone and it started working. Thanks for everyones help.
Data is on and have tried putting in the APN requirements, resetting the access point names, ect ect. Nothing is working. Thanks for the help, will just take the phone back.
