I have already contacted Virgin who has submitted the request to Public. I cannot receive texts to authorize Public to release the number, so they have to do it manually instead of through text. 

Ticket has been logged. 

The provider has submitted the request approx 40 mins ago. I am waiting for Public to release the number.

I have tried all of these things. I do not want Public fixed. I just need it manually done. 

it is active and in good standing. The problem is something is messed up with the esim and I have no access to the network. I cannot receive or send texts or calls. I cannot receive the text from Public so that I can go back to Virgin, so I need them...
