Last month I configured my plan to change from $30 to $25 plan during
renewal. However, while verifying the transactions noticed that its been
charged $35 instead of $25.Is this a glitch in the system ? Anyone else

Is there a reason to have two different accounts to access Self Serve
portal and Community portal ?Why can't we have them linked to single
account/credential ?Excuse me for my ignorance if I am missing any
fundamentals.
