Their servers sometimes get overloaded and you get that error. Wait at
least 50 minutes and then try again. You can also try a different
browser. That is what I did after getting that error and then I was
successful.

carries the Moto G5, unlocked for about $180 and is a solid phone that I
have used successfully with PM.
