I am planing to buy a eSIM for travel, do I need to do anything with my PM eSIM?

Hel!!I never try eSIM. Activate like almost 2 hours and my phone still shows SOS. What am I missing?

I had problems when I ported too. But Public Mobile agent helped me and I got it all resolved within the day. Please open ticket I ported my number around. Although this place has no live support to talk to, they got things fixed the quickest

thanks. I removed the old sim, Reboot and it is connected!!
