My auto pay didn’t charge my credit card and even when I try to manually charge it, I keep getting the unable to process transaction message. My credit card is always paid and should be able to be charged. Is there a problem with the site?
Yup, I have tried that and it keeps saying unable to process. My card is current and doesn’t expire until next year and nothing has changed address wise.
