I was told response time is 2-4 hours. I understand there are delays, but it’s been over 24 hours since the agent responded to me. What’s the response time like right now? Is there anything I can do to escalate?
I switched to public mobile and chose a number. However, an agent mistakenly gave me a new number earlier today. Is there a way for me to get my previous number back?
