hi, first, thanks for 2 gifts this week but 15 GB suddenly seems too much for me this month, can I hold on to the 5GB , since it only has a 30 days life , and redeem it when needed?

plans are specific to each account, usually based on how much you are paying now. hard to get cheaper plan but not undoable

@Daliksma it does not look like payment problem if calls problem on 2 phones, something with the network or phones
