My personal experience with the same issue. I could be off a few hours but it certainly was longer than 24. 

Takes 24 hours to work itself out. Try Monday morning all should be working then

Do you remember the e-mail address used with the account? Request a reset of password and your username will appear in the top of the email body

As lojg as you get the add on for both data and calls you will be fine. However if you don't get the data add-on it will not work south of the boarder

After being in the states for a period of time, it will take 24-72 hours for everything to work properly on this side of the boarder. I had the same problem back in April when I was in Detroit... Seemingly time fixed all issuss
