Is it possible to purchase additional point rewards?
Public Mobile account (number) deactivated  after idle for several months - how can it be re-activated ? 
I am writting this for my 90 year old grandmother that is on the PM $10/month plan. It has been brought to my attention that her credit card is charged $10 + 13%= $11.30 despite the fact that the account is set up with "auto Pay" and also should have...
My plan has expired again and I again need to manually re-activate it.  I have a credit card registered on my PM account page but can't seem to find how to setup auto pay.
Have not been able to set up auto pay or even make a payment using my Master Card. Does PM perhaps only accept VISA Cards?
