Good day, I am an established public mobile customer. I have been thrilled with the product and self service approach.I moved to a rural location and no longer have Wi Fi, so I am relying on cellular data only.I need a significant amount more of data...
I'm very happy with my public mobile service and account. But I need a much larger data package. I do not want to switch carriers, but I don't see any other option as extra data costs $30 per gigabyte. Are there any other options?
I updated my plan to include more data and chose to update it at next bill. It did not work.Because I am on auto-pay, if I want to activate it now, but I will have to pay immediately and essentially be paying twice since I'm at the beginning of a pay...
