Hi,It happened previously (that caused closing the tickets due to lack of replies for 48 hours) and yesterday again. I want to understand why Support doesn't  see replies to ticket while the reply is in Private Messages.and received today Thanks

Hi guys,I opened "Ticket ID:593165-211 Account Management K2013-A" and replied twice right away when got a new private message for it. However, you closed it because "After 48 hours with no response, the system is closing this ticket."Can you clarify...
