I try to call out and I get please try your call again or I get person you are calling is unavailable please try later. When I get a call and try to answer it it drops the call.   Why?? It's frustrating as my husband is trying to call me and call dro...

I just hooked up with public mobile and I'm having issues receiving phone calls. How do I fix it.Has anyone else had this issue
