I used points on my kids phone numbers through their accounts and I was required to pay additional to get their lines up and running. I used my points on my line and I didn't have to pay. So I'm wondering if this is a error. If needing the numbers to check I can provide their numbers.

so the credit card shows your kids were charged $40+?

according to the payment history of all 3 lines, there were only charged $20 after the $20 credit

I guess you can ask PM support agent o check and confirm

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Why did it charge my kids to pay and not mine. That's what I don't understand.

No it didn't charge me 39.95 plus tax. I paid 20.95 as the 20$ credit (in points was taken off yesterday). I went to look at mine and i did the same thing and I didn't have to pay my amount. My account says we we take payment on March 21.

we don't need the phone number.  click the down arrow on the top right of your post and Edit Message to remove them

and you sure the bank charged you $39.95+1 ? for all 3 accounts?

is the difference around $10+ tax?  if it is , then it will be a referral credit of $10

or go to Payment history on both accounts, take screenshots and post here and we can help.  of course, remember to hide the personal info

We all have the same plan at 40.95. so I don't understand why I had to pay difference on theirs and not mine

if you redeemed 20 Points, that was will be added to your Available Funds to pay for $20 of next regular plan renewal cost. If the plan costs are higher, you'll pay the diff on your on-file payment card. If the regular plan cost is $20 or less...you'll have enuff to cover it with the redemption.
