Hi,I can't seem to port my Koodo number to Public Mobile. The CS Agent says my number is not portable. I followed all the instructions as per the process but alas, no joy. Anyone have any solutions?
Just an update, after about 90 minutes on the phone with Telus, they were able to fix the issue with my phone number. I was then able to port over my number using the app. As of this morning everything is working as one would hope.
That's what I read before I decided to swap over. I don't want to change numbers as I then have to tell all my current contacts to update my number. And I'd just go back to Koodo except that I am being told that I'll still have to pay for this curren...
