How do I contact rogers telecom to check why a number transfer request is being held up?

I am in Nova Scotia and want to know what “Unlimited Canada and US wide minutes and messaging” covers. E.G.- if I call a family member in New Hampshire do I pay lond distance charges if I have one of the “International” plans?
