Hi, Trying to call someone and getting a message the caller will not accept blocked calls, put *82 in front and now public mobile says that I don't have talk in my plan which I do. Please help asap, this call is important

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I just found out about the WOW boutique moving too, timing is everything. Just weird they do not have them available at more locations and also not usre why they have to deactivate sims. But thanks anyway.
