Hi,

Trying to call someone and getting a message the caller will not accept blocked calls, put *82 in front and now public mobile says that I don't have talk in my plan which I do.  Please help asap, this call is important

Hi,

Thanks for getting back, caller ID was disabled on my phone, not sure how it defaulted back to that but it did.

I juste tried *XX (*67 to be exact) myself and same thing happens, it tells me calls aren't included, however all my other calls are working.

You'll need to unblock your caller ID from your phone settings instead. If you don't know how tell us if you have an iPhone or an Android phone (or Google it 😉 )!

Do other calls work? Have you disabled caller id on .your phone?

The first implies that the calling works. The second I'm not sure pm uses the *82

Worst case install fongo VoIP or use hangouts dialer
