Why PM charged me $9.99 for my $8 bill?

I subscribed to PM $15 plan, after all the rebate came to $8 before tax, but why was I charged $9.99 from my credit card?  Taxes can't be that much? 5% & 6%?

Can we merge 2 email acct into 1?

Just curious are we able to merge 2 email account (2 sim card #) into one account, so it's much easier for me to monitor.

Today, I almost thought I lost my phone, had a panic attack.  Than, I thought about it, what if I misplaced my phone and needed a replacement SIM Card, how do one go about doing so?

I would like to buy a new PM sim card for my son, is there any physical shop that sells it?  I live in SK, Canada.  years ago, I purchased mine from Walmart, I don't seem to find it anymore.  Also, does new sim card holder entitle to this holiday ADD...

PM overcharge me for months

I just noticed that PM had been overcharging me $0.50/mth (after taxes).  How do they compute taxes?  Isn't it based on our province?  I did a calculation and it does not make sense how they compute, how do I dispute it?
