I was thinking of doing the same thing. I want to use it in the US for an upcoming trip and then downgrade to a Canada only plan. You're saying I wont be able to?
I recently switched and one of my phones supports esims, but the other does not. I didnt see a step in there when porting over to use a physical sim. Should I do the porting after activation or during activation for my non esim compatible phone?
