I must be jinxed, every step is failing to some degree... this is painful.  How long should it take once I get to the point where it accepts my old provider phone info and is in the "processing" mode? @CS_Agent
I don't understand how to do anything on this community.  I just want to ask a question and get an answer. I have tried to add tags but it shows nothing, I have tried to use SIMON but that just directs me back to all the community pages that I don't ...
I loaded by sim card, filled out the first page of the activation online, went to the 2nd page and chose to keep my existing number, entered it, hit "check eligibility", up pops the form to fill out with old provide account number, equipment SN, etc....
