Auto pay $ 2 ,Loyalty $3 , Refer to a friend $1 ,there was No credit for this items in May payment , would you please look into this matter for me ,thank you.
I checked in May and July payment history and Rewards , I do not know why My 15 points was gone ,Only 3.75 points left in the rewards , I am not happy at all , since you changed it in May.
I got Email from Public Mobile , Public points statement on 06/30/2024, Points redeemed 15. balance 3.25 and i did not any credit in July payment , please check it out for me . Thank you.
