Purchasing eSIM on new phone

Hello, I have downloaded the app and gone through the purchase procedure but the final button to click “purchase” doesn’t seem to work. please advise ASAP

It is a new iPhone 15. When I go through the eSIM purchase, the final screen does not allow me to click “buy and install”
