Public Mobile won't let me access a plan that is only available for new subscribers. So... I am going to cancel my account and become a new subscriber. I believe I will need a new SIM card, but can anyone confirm whether or not I can keep my existing...

Why does Public Mobile not allow existing customers access to plans for new subscribers only? It irritates me that I’ve been a loyal customer and now someone that I referred gets a better plan than I have.
