This does seem to have fixed both my and my wife's problems. We've had a couple of successful calls between us, and none failed, and I've had a couple of other incoming calls without issue, too. Thanks for the help.

@0PX9O4 My phone has options for LTE, 3G, and 2G. Nothing specifying any type of CDMA. Selecting 3G definitely boosts my signal strength, so I'll try some calls, and see if the problem seems to be fixed.

I'm having this exact same problem, on multiple Public Mobile cellphones, also in London. My wife and I, both on Public, can't receive cell calls; it goes straight to voicemail. We can both call out on our cellphones, but not to another Public cellph...

Never mind. Tried again after 20 minutes or so from first trying, and it seems to have worked now.

@georgepacan Thanks. There were a couple of settings I didn't have right (The MMS stuff), so I'd guess an MMS text would still have failed had I tried one. I've got it all set up as listed now, so I should be good.
