When trying to log in it asks to enter six digit code sent to my phone through text but i never get the code. Sms is enabled and i get other texts but not for the code
So this ended up being two issues..1) eversafe had wrong number for my account which CS eventually got fixed2) Bell took forever to get my phone ported. Took a week of calling and finally got it goingBig thanks to customer service who worked with me ...
So now i tried to change my password by text to see what would happen and it says enter valid number registered to your account so they dont even have my right number to send verifying text to log in. How to fix that?
Hi Phil can you send me that number also please? My wifes phone does same thing, just goes straight to voicemail and she cant phone out. Just ported yesterday from bell
