My wife and I crossed border - her phone connected with AT&T and she got great service. My phone connected with T Mobile and I have little to no service. I am unable to receive calls as I only have one bar while my wife has 4 bars.

Thank you so much - put it down to 3G and got 4 bars. 

Thanks for the suggestion - I wasn’t able to manually switch as it just indicated no service when I did this
