Hello, Can I get a clear answer here. If I upgrade to the new PM 4G plans, with this solve the 3G US roaming shutdown problem? In other words, will I still have issues making voice calls in the US if I am on a PM 4G plan?

It is all connected to the switchover and the US removing the 3G networks. If your phone supports VoLTE, then you should have no issues, but right now T-Mobile is the only US carrier left that still supports 3G. Hope this helps. It does not help you ...
Actually, I tried all methods and all failed. It is resolved by getting this bumped up to Telus support and they tracked it down to a programming error. Don't know what they did, but all is well now. I hope your information helps others.
