I was charged an extra charge way back in April 2025.Usually I have 3 charges on my Master cars bill. In April I was charged 4 times$30.51 + $28.25 + $30.51 + $28. 25I would like to know why?

My account is in good standing (set to renew in January) but I can not make voice calls. I need this fixed asap, as we are going away for the holidays and I need to be able to call out.  Would really appreciate your help.
