My account is in good standing (set to renew in January) but I can not make voice calls. I need this fixed asap, as we are going away for the holidays and I need to be able to call out. Would really appreciate your help.

I am not. I have been using PM for about 3 years. I have the $25/month plan.Really frustrating.

I have already tried shutting my phone off completely. That did nothing.How do I "reset network settings"?How do I get a "ticket"?
