This cellular service is cheap - and cheap isn't good! I have tried over 20 times to submit a ticket without success, it appears they just don't want you to ask for help. Can Someone from this company P.M. me??? This submitting a Ticket is so frustra...
Hi, does anyone know (not guessing please) if all Public Sim Cards are 5 G Enabled, or are some not? I bought a Sim card at a Telus shop and I can't get 5G on my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G phone, while living and travelling in a 5G area.
Have tried to put in a ticket 5 -7 times, always run into the error page, geez, you gotta do better, high demand is not an excuse to not have the submit a ticket page not work!!!
