Hi I just reviewed my payment, and found out that I have been charged $5. The message shows : 3G usage price increase is $5/mo.I would like to understand why there is an additional $5 charge on my bill and whether this fee can be waived.
Hi we got the same plan ($25/month)and would like to switch to $19. Where do you find out :$19/month will last for only 3 months and the go to $21/month?I couldn’t find it on the plan description.Thank you.
