I figure out the solution to conference call issue. You call the 1st caller and the 2nd call call you and then you merge the call. It works. But when you add the second caller to the call the first caller is muted. 

I figure out the solution to conference call issue. You call the 1st caller and the 2nd call call you and then you merge the call. It works. But when you add the second caller to the call the first caller is muted. 

I did reset network setting and restarted my phone. Same problem with my 2 son with under the PM plan as well.
