When I go to my rewards page, the wrong name is at the top.  I don't think it is showing my rewards.  How do i get help with this.
Trying to update payment information and the only box I can enter anything into is the postal code box.  Cannot enter any other information into the form?  Any ideas?
What happened to all my rewards accumulated when I was on the old reward system.  Were they not to be rolled over into points 'cause they aren't there.
My credit card has been compromised and I am waiting for a new card.  My account payment is due but I don't have my new card.  My phone is not working.  What can I do.
I have had two emails and a text telling me my account is on hold.  Now I have a text in french telling me the same thing.  My account is paid up.  I'm getting frustrated receiving these notices over and over.
