Did you try turning off phone and turning back on because I had same problem when I upgraded my plan 

Did you try shutting off your phone for 5 minutes and turning it back on and also shutting your data off before shutting off phone and turn data back on after 

Could take couple days if holidays 

You can also reset your password through email might get access to it or if you can’t contact agent by replying for help by agent and they might be able help you 

That’s awesome needs this for our people in Canada everyone struggles and are scared to reach out but with numbers it’s a lot better to get help
