Will my phone, which is not on the Public Mobile 'white list' for voLTE, still work for data and sms after the March 2027 3G shutdown or will it not be able to connect to the network. It is voLTE compliant on most Canadian networks.

I was sent a new credit card, same number, new expiry date. The card has been used for other purchases so is valid. The credit card is not updating after entering all of the information including the postal code. Am I missing something? .... or submi...
