I subscribed to Public Mobile yesterday and followed the instructions to transfer my number, but then received an error message that the esim activation failed. My phone is in SOS mode now and I can’t get a hold of a @CS_Agent. What can I do?
Did you try private messaging Support? Their response is not immediate but they do get back to you eventually. I've also encountered the 404 error for submitting a ticket, so best way was to private message Support (send to @CS_Agent). Good luck!
I believe the esim can be tried only up to 3 times before it doesn't work. Either private message support or submit a ticket (if the link works for you - it doesn't always seem to work). Support response time is not immediate and you may need to wait...
I’m in the same boat. Tried activating last night and got the same error message. Apparently after you private message customer service it can take hours for them to reply. I am also waiting. Sorry not much help but wanted to share you’re not alone.
