My Samsung A15 makes VoLTE calls...always. It passed the PM checker tool too. So why am I told I'll be charge $5 more. If that happens I am done with PM . FIX THIS!

I have a Samsung A15 , which shows on the PM checker tool to be compatible. So why are they charging me $5 ..it doesn't matter where I bought the phone...if it isn't compatible, why would it pass the checker tool? That seems really stupid to me. 

I have restarted my ohone..no help. Still connects at 4g only. Setting show to autoconnect 5g/lte/3g  etc as expected. Any ideas? BTW phone is a Samsung A15 5G . Thanks

I am on auto-pay, and PM has mot taken the monthly payment so I'm out of service. Why the hell do i have auto pay if it does not work???? I even manually added money this morning. WHERE IS MY SERVICE???
