Hello,I'm trying to purchase a US bundle for $30 - it says it successfully adds but then I check my add-on's and it's not there and hasn't deducted the money. Any ideas what might be happening?Thanks!

Thanks. I tried incognito and it didn't work. And have tried on several devices.
