My phone has 4G calling service capabilities and the preferred network is set to 4G. Yet the phone shows 3G service all the time.I removed the SIM and restarted the phone with no results.Any solutions?

Hi,I live in Ontario and I'm planning to travel next month to BC. Will my phone work there? If yes, do I have to purchase an add-on?
