Waiting on transfer

Hi, signed up for PM on Sunday, transferring a number from Sasktel. My Sasktel account has been closed but my new PM SIM is not working in my phone yet. Any ideas as to why?

I got it figured out! my phone was not unlocked. . . .it is now and PM SIM is working! Oops![✅ ....... Luddite ]

The account was active when I made the transfer, I called yesterday to see if it had been closed after the number was ported
