For background I've had my publicmobile account for 15 days I think. I'm able to receive calls but cannot check my voicemail or make an outbound call. I lost my CS_agent ticket due to this website changes and now I can't even file a new ticket.
the CS agent did a refresh on their end. And I just had to restart phone. It's finally solved after 15 days of no outbound calling/voicemail activation
