Can anyone suggest the best way to do this? Do I need to port my number out from the closed account to another provider, and then back in to Public Mobile? Is that the only way to do it? Is there any other way to accomplish what I want? Thank you.

Thanks for the replies both of you. What is the best way to port it out for the cheapest possible? Any suggestions? Is lucky mobile the best? I heard there were issues with 7-eleven's brand (SpeakOut) and porting.
