I messaged at about 8:30 this morning, still no answer. @CS_AgentWhat is going on?? My clients can't get a hold of me and other than email I can't get a hold of them! I need my phone!

Same here!  I NEED my phone!  This is killing me!

I'm having the same issue.  First was issues getting my account actually activated Aug 1 and now this.   So far I'm not impressed with PM.
