I wasn't able to use my phone, but texting worked...you guys helped me get a hold of tech support and they were able to 'reset' something on their end and my phone started working like normal again... EXCEPT I stopped getting voice mail notifications...
Can't make or receive calls, but can send and receive texts.Account is paid up and active. it seems LTE switches to 3G momentarily when call fails, and the reverts back to LTE. Can't access voicemail or 611.
