Both my husband and I are unable to make any calls out here. We can send and receive texts and use data but that's it. Is there a setting we are missing? Thank you.

I was about to change my $25 3G plan to a $35 4G plan with 3G data, unlimited Canada talk and text but when I looked at the details...it talked about province wide instead (as in you'd be roaming outside your own province). Can anyone verify this? It...
