My 4gb/$40 plan changed to 6gb/$40 too. 

"GOKOODO405GBBPO" worked fine in Vancouver.Even I did not pay for new SIM from KOODO.    

It is my understanding that WOW Mobile just sell PM SIM cards, no activation, no porting.
