Hello, my account shows that I have the following int'l calling minutes: 500 one-time int'l LD bonus 11 / 500 MIN However, when I try to make a call outside of my home country, it says it can't go through. Please advise.
I purchased the 1GB add on for $15 and it's showing in my 'available funds' but not under my data & add-on section - how does this get added to my plan before my next cycle renews? 
My plan wasn't meant to reset until March 3, but I've come very close to being out of data so paid today. Will my payment reset my data?
My autopay failed for no reason and when I went online to manually pay, I selected the "amount owed" which was $108 yet now there is a higher charge on my mastercard. Can someone contact me about these two issues?
